Return and Refund Policy

 

OVERVIEW

At Grass Green Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The plant or product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

You may request a return or refund within 5 days if:

  • The plant arrived damaged, diseased, or dead.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • A non-plant product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: For any issues with live plants, you must send clear photos of the plant’s condition within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at nurserygrassgreen@gmail.com or 6001518547 within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 5 days of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved:

  • For live plants, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
  • For non-plant products, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at nurserygrassgreen@gmail.com or 6001518547 within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Live plants that have been removed from their original pots or soil
  • Items returned more than 5 days after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Gift cards

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-damaged or non-defective items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, a reshipping fee will apply.
